10% cancellation fee between 30 and 11 days in advance
50% cancellation fee between 10 and 4 days in advance
75% cancellation fee between 3 and 2 days in advance
100% cancellation fee between the day before and the day of the event

【返金について】
- クレジット決済でお支払いの場合
- キャンセル料が発生しない場合は、キャンセル後30日以内にクレジット経由で返金いたします。
- キャンセル料が発生する場合は、返金手数料を差し引いた金額をキャンセル後30日以内にクレジット経由で返金いたします。返金の際、サービス利用料は返金されませんのでご了承ください。
- ご予約後180日過ぎたキャンセルによる返金は銀行振込となります。返金手数料がかかりますのでご注意ください。
- 銀行振込でお支払いの場合
- キャンセル料が発生しない場合は、返金手数料を差し引いた金額をキャンセル後30日以内に銀行振込にて返金致します。
- キャンセル料が発生する場合は、お支払いいただいた料金からキャンセル料及び返金手数料を差し引いた金額をキャンセル後30日以内に銀行振込にて返金致します。
- 返金の際、サービス利用料は返金されませんのでご了承ください。
- 請求書払いをご選択の場合
- キャンセル料金が発生しない場合でもご予約の確定日からキャンセル日が月跨ぎになると返金手数料が発生いたします。その場合、全額入金いただいた後に差し引いて返金する流れとなります。（確定日が1/31、キャンセルが2/1の場合も該当します）
- キャンセル料が発生する場合は、キャンセル料の算出後に月末で締め、翌月4営業日目にネットプロテクションズより請求書を発行しメールにて送付させて頂きます。
- 返金の際、サービス利用料は返金されませんのでご了承ください。
